Individual copies of original, complete Gartner Research Reports which have been summarized by TechSETS staff may be requested through TechConnect-IT--the Education IT Professional Networking Community (a service of the San Diego County Office of Education).

• Review the article summary found on the TechSETS homepage. If interested, copy the article identification information at the bottom of each summary.
• Log on to your TechConnect-IT account.
• Join the Information Technology Research Community.
• Use the TechCONNECT-IT internal mail system to compose a new message (sent to ”techsets”) requesting the article (by name and its number) to be sent to the email address of your choice.
• Read the latest TechSETS Quarterly eNewsletter.
• Read and subscribe to The TechSETS Daily.
• Give us your input by taking the annual TechSETS Survey (takes just 3 minutes).
